Cancellation Policy

Cancellations done prior to 48 hrs from departure

3	within 4-24 hrs from departure	60%
4	within to 0-4 hrs from departure	100%
5	No Show*	100%

*No Show means the passenger did not arrive at the point up point. The company has the full right to move the cab after giving sufficient notice to the passenger via call.

Other Terms and conditions-

Fuel- Fuel cost is inclusive in the quote provided.

Cancellation of duty- Cancellation of duty needs to be informed via email- Sales@gangatouirst.com or Phone Call- +91 9810160825

Extra Hour- Extra hour will be charged when the vehicle is used for more than the hours provided in the package. Extra hour cost will vary from vehicle to vehicle.

Extra Km- Extra Km will be charged when the vehicle is used for more than the Kms provided in the package. Extra Km cost will vary from vehicle to vehicle.

Parking and Toll Taxes- Parking and toll taxes will be charged extra as actual( No uplift)

Night Charge- Night charges will be charged after 10Pm. Night charge will vary from vehicle to vehicle.

GST will be charged as applicable.
Ganga Tourist India Pvt Ltd shall not be held responsible for any belongings left by passengers in the vehicle or any losses incurred by renter/client due to any reason.
Disputes if any would be resolved as per the Indian Arbitration Act.
Other terms and conditions may additionally apply as applicable on a case to case basis
